I can't write haiku
this is my first try at it
and it's not that good
Yes Ivor, I agree, clerihews are very easy and fun. You don't need to worry about metre at all, just two rhyming couplets. Generally the first line should state the person's name and the second line should rhyme with the name but, hey, we can do what we like here

as he is a bit scary
